The device Samsung Galaxy Note8 with dual rear cameras launched in India at Rs. 67900. Now according to the latest rumor, its successor Samsung Galaxy Note9 with code name Crown is likely to be announced in coming days. Such information is coming from South Korea and also a local supplier Bell quotes -“We will start providing components for a pilot production (of the Galaxy Note 9) in the first quarter next year.” This gives hint for its announcement.
Its predecessor Samsung Galaxy Note8 comes with 6.3-inch Quad HD+ (2960 × 1440 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity display with 522ppi, 18.5:9 aspect ratio. It has 6GB LPDDR4 RAM with 64GB/128GB/256GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD card slot. The device Samsung Galaxy Note8 is also the first flagship phone from Samsung to come with dual rear cameras.
It is powered by Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 processor with Mali-G71 MP20 GPU and runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat). It has Hybrid Dual-SIM functionality.
It has 12MP Dual Pixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.7 aperture, wide-angle lens, OIS, secondary 12MP camera with telephoto lens, f2.4 aperture, OIS, 2x optical zoom, up to 10x digital zoom and a front-facing camera of 8MP auto focus front-facing camera with f/1.7 aperture, wide-angle lens. It has Water and dust resistant (IP68) body, dimension of 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.6mm and weighs 195g.
