After the launching of the latest device Xiaomi Mi A1 in India at Rs. 14999, the company released the video clip of the device which highlights its dual camera and the robust design. The video revealed the specific apps placed in a separate folder on the home screen and also showed the smarphone in three colors.
The device Xiaomi Mi A1 has a unibody metal design with rounded edges and comes with 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD 2.5D curved glass LTPS display, 450nit brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has 4GB RAM, 64GB storage (eMMC 5.0), expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD. It is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm processor with 650MHz Adreno 506 GPU and runs on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat), which will be upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo) in coming days. It has Hybrid Dual –SIM functionality, dimension of 155.4×75.8×7.3mm and weighs 165g. It includes Mi Camera, Mi Remote and Mi Store apps are pre-installed and has unlimited full resolution storage in Google Photos.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and it is powered by 3080mAh battery and supports 3.5mm audio jack, dedicated 10v amplifier.
The device Xiaomi Mi A1 will be available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold colors via Flipkart and Mi.com online and Mi Home stores and other offline retailers from 12th September.
