The latest device Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) spotted on Geekbench with leaked specifications. It will be the successor of the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), that was launched in India on March, 2017.
According to the Geekbench listing, the device Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) with the model number SM-A530F will be powered by an Exynos 7885 chipset. There is expectation that the device will come with 4GB or 6GB RAM and it will run on Android 7.1 Nougat. The date of its announcement is still unconfirmed, but there is expectation that it will be announced in February, 2018.
Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) sports Full HD Super AMOLED display of 5.2-inch with a resolution of 1080 x 1920pixels, 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card. It comes with dual-SIM functionality.
It is powered by Exynos 7880 chipset with an Octa-core processor of 1.9GHz with a Mali-T830 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It comes with dual-SIM functionality.
The device Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) features a rear camera of 16MP with LED Flash, f/1.9 aperture and a front-facing camera of 16MP.
Connectivity wise, it includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v 4.2, NFC, a fingerprint reader, USB Type-C connector .It is powered by a 3,000mAh battery with adaptive fast charging.
