Last month, the device BlackBerry KEYone with QWERTY keyboard, Android 7.1 launched in India at Rs. 39990. Now the latest device BlackBerry Krypton received the FCC certification in the US. The certification hasn’t revealed much detail about the device. The device has already certified by Bluetooth SIG and WiFi Alliance (WFA).
According to the latest rumor, the device will come with a Full HD display, 4GB RAM. It is powered by either Snapdragon 625 or 626 SoC chipset. It will be powered by a 4,000mAh battery. There is expectation that the device will be announced next month.
As we know the device BlackBerry Keyone built in aluminum frame comes with a 4.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1620 x1080 pixels at 433 PPI. It has 4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 64GB that can be expanded up to 2000GB (2TB) via a microSD card. The BlackBerry KEYone is powered by 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 14nm processor with 650MHz Adreno 506 GPU and runs on Android 7.1(Nougat). It has hybrid-dual functionality, the dimension of 149.30 x 72.50 x 9.40mm and weighs 180.00 grams. The BlackBerry KEYone features4-row Physical QWERTY backlit keyboard with capacitive touch; it has a fingerprint sensor on the spacebar and a capacitive touch on the entire keyboard for scrolling.
It has a rear camera of 12MP with a Sony IMX378 sensor, dual-tone LED Flash, 1.55μm pixel size, 1/2.3″ sensor size, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 4K video recording and a front-facing camera of 8MP with 1.12µm pixel size, f/2.2 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS / GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.1 Type-C and supports 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio.
It is powered by a 3505 mAh battery and also has QuickCharge 3.0 with a ‘Boost’ charging feature that completes 50 percent charge in approximately 36 minutes.
