The images of the upcoming device Samsung Galaxy Stellar 2 leaked on web along with the specifications. It will be the successor of the Samsung Galaxy Stellar that was announced in August, 2012.
The device Samsung Galaxy Stellar 2 will be a compact mid-end smartphone which will come with a 4.5-inch AMOLED display with the resolution of 720pixels, 2.5GB of RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 626 chipset and will be run on Android 7.0 Nougat. It will offer 4G LTE connectivity and also it will include a fingerprint scanner.
It will feature a rear camera of 5MP and a front-facing camera of 1.2MP. It will be powered by a 3,500mAh battery that will be charged though a microUSB port with support for Quick Charge 2.0.
It is expected that the users will get the device Samsung Galaxy Stellar 2 at 699 CNY ($102).
The predecessor Samsung Galaxy Stellar sports a 4-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with the resolution of 800 x 400pixels, 1GB of RAM, internal storage capacity of 4GB, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB with microSD card slot. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset with Dual-core 1.2 GHz Krait processor with Adreno 225 GPU and runs on Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has the dimension of 122 x 64 x 12 mm and weighs 134 g.
It has a rear camera of 3.15 MP, autofocus and a front-facing camera of 1.3 MP. It is powered by removable Li-Ion 2100 mAh battery.
