Xiaomi finally launched an affordable device Xiaomi Redmi 4 in India at its fixed schedule as stated earlier. It is the successor of Xiaomi Redmi 3S, which was announced in China.
The device Xiaomi Redmi 4 in metallic frame features 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass display, 2GB RAM with 16GB storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version, expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD. It is powered by 1.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 processor with Adreno 505 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) based MIUI 8. It has Hybrid Dual-SIM functionality. The device comes with the dimension of 139.24 x 69.96 x8.65 mm and weighs 150g. It has a fingerprint sensor on its back and also offers Infrared sensor.
It has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens, PDAF, LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and it is powered by 4100mAh battery.
The users can get the device Xiaomi Redmi 4 in Gorgeous Black and Elegant gold colors at Rs. 6999 for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage version, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version costs Rs. 8,999 and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs Rs. 10,999.The company will make it available from 23rd May, 12 noon on Mi.com and Amazon.in. The interested users can also get the device from 20th May through Mi Home in Bengaluru.
