As we know the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 rugged smartphone announced in March at 259 Euros (US$ 272). Now the device launched in Switzerland and it can be seen on the company’s official Switzerland website. It is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy XCover 3 that was launched in March, 2015.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 sports 4.99-inch (1280 × 720 pixels) HD display, 2GB of RAM, internal storage capacity of 16GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot. It is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 7570 processor and runs on Android 7.0. It has IP68 certification, dust proof and also comes with US Military Standard MIL-STD 810G.
The device Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 includes a rear camera of 13MP with LED Flash, f/1.9 aperture and a front-facing camera of 5MP. It is powered by a non removable 2800mAh battery.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/GLONASS, NFC and also comes with a Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
The cost of the device is still unconfirmed for the users of Switzerland, but it is expected that the cost will be near about €250. To know exact cost we have to wait for few days.
