The smartphone manufacturer Meizu sent out the invites for the announcement of its latest affordable device Meizu E2. The device will be announced on 26th April at place at Beijing Performing Arts Center at 3PM China Time (12:30 PM IST). There is expectation that it could be Meizu M612C that was that was spotted on TENAA last month.
The device Meizu E2 will come with a metal unibody design will sport 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display, 2GB RAM with 16GB storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD card slot. It will be powered by 1.3GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Flyme OS 6.0. It will have Hybrid Dual SIM functionality, dimension of 148.2 × 72.53 × 8.4mm and weighs 138g. It will come with a fingerprint sensor fixed into the home button.
It will feature a 13MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash and a front-facing camera of 5MP.
Connectivity wise, it will include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS / GLONASS and will be powered by 2930mAh battery with fast charging.
The Meizu E2 will be available in Silver, Grey, Gold and Rose Gold colors. The cost of the device is still unconfirmed.
