A couple of months ago, the smartphones Xiaomi Redmi 4 & Redmi 4A spotted at TENAA. Now the company launched its latest affordable smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 4A in the Indian markets at Rs.5999.
The device Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes with a unibody design with polycarbonate matte finish and features 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with 1000:1 contrast ratio, 72% NTSC color gamut, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD. It is powered by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with 500MHz Adreno 308 GPU and runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has the measurement of 139.5×70.4×8.5mm and weighs 131.5g. The device features Hybrid Dual SIM functionality and also has an Infrared sensor.
It has a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, 1080p video recording and a 5MP front-facing camera, f/2.2 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS and equips a 3120mAh built-in battery.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A will be available in Gray, Gold and Rose Gold colors and will be available from Amazon.in and Mi.com from 23rd March, 2017. The company will make available its Rose Gold 6th April, 2017.
