The smartphone manufacturer Montblanc announced its first luxury smartwatch Montblanc Summit. It has fabulous look and made up of stainless steel and titanium. It is the world’s first smartwatch which comes with AMOLED display packed by a slightly curved sapphire glass. The smartwatch comes with 46mm case in four different materials and styles including black PVD coated stainless steel, a bi-color stainless steel case with a black PVD coated stainless steel bezel, stainless steel case with satin finish, and a grade 5 titanium case also with satin finish. The Montblanc Summit smartwatch has received IP68 certification, which makes it water-resistant.
The smartwatch Montblanc Summit sports 1.39-inch (400 x 400) full circle AMOLED display with Curved Sapphire Glass protection, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 system-on-chip (SoC) and runs on Android Wear 2.0 (Android 4.3 or higher and iOS9 or higher).
It features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and also includes Heart-rate sensor, Ambient light sensor (power modes), G-sensor (accelerometer), Gyroscope (position), E-compass (orientation), Barometer (height) and it is powered by 300mAh battery with magnetic charging.
The cost of the Montblanc Summit starts at $890 (Rs. 58280 approx.) and the company will make it available from May 2017 and after two weeks; the users will get on Mr. Porter and also via Montblanc.com, Montblanc boutiques, and authorized Montblanc retailers.
