Sony announced Sony Xperia XA1 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 in Barcelona. It is the successor of Sony Xperia XA, that was launched in India last year.
Sony Xperia XA1 sports a 5-inch HD display (1280 x 720 pixels) with Image Enhance Technology, 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. It is powered by 2.3GHz GHz MediaTek Helio P20 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm processor with ARM Mali T880 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat). It has the dimension of 145 x 67 x 8mm and weighs 143g. It comes with Dual SIM functionality.
The camera section of the device Sony Xperia XA1 includes a rear camera of 23MP with LED flash, Exmos RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, Hybrid AF, SteadyShot and an 8MP auto focus front-facing camera.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G LTE, WiFi 820.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC and it is powered by 2300mAh battery with fast charging.
The users will get the device Sony Xperia XA1 in White, Black, Pink and Gold colors. The exact date of its availability and its cost is still unconfirmed but it will be available from July-August, 2017.
