Just after revealing on Geekbench with leaked specifications, the device Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 now spotted on GFXBench Benchmark and confirmed the previous leaked specifications along with some new specifications.
According to the GFXBench Benchmark listing, the upcoming device Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 will sport 4.8-inch HD display, 2GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 16GB. It will be powered by a quad-core 1.4GHz processor and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
The device will include a rear camera of 13MP and a front-facing camera of 5MP.The cost as well as its availability is still unconfirmed.
The predecessor Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 launched in March, 2015. It features a 4.5″ WVGA display and powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, of unknown architecture. The device will run on Android 4.4 KitKat at the time of launch and it will be updated to Lollipop in future.
The device will have 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. In the rear side of the device a 5MP camera that can record underwater pictures and in the front side it has a 2MP camera for taking personal selfie and a 2,200 mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 also features an altimeter, compass and GPS sensors and offers LTE connectivity.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 is also protected by the same certifications as the Galaxy S5 Active. It is MIL-STD 810G certified for salt, dust, humidity, rain, vibration, solar radiation, transport and thermal shock resistance. The Xcover 3 has also IP67 certifications so it means that the handset is dust-tight and can survive in 1m-deep fresh water for half an hour.
The smartphone Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 also offers physical control keys below its display and there is an additional Xcover key which lights up the LED flash on a short press or fires up the camera with a double click.
