The latest upcoming device Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 with a model number SM-G390F revealed on Geekbench with specifications. According to the Geekbench listing, the device Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4 will come with 2GB RAM and it will be powered by Exynos 7570 chipset. Except these, we have no much details related to its specifications, cost and availability. Since the device already received WiFi certification late last month.
As we know its predecessor Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 launched in March, 2015. It features a 4.5″ WVGA display and powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, of unknown architecture. The device will run on Android 4.4 KitKat at the time of launch and it will be updated to Lollipop in future.
The device will have 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. In the rear side of the device a 5MP camera that can record underwater pictures and in the front side it has a 2MP camera for taking personal selfie and a 2,200 mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 also features an altimeter, compass and GPS sensors and offers LTE connectivity.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 is also protected by the same certifications as the Galaxy S5 Active. It is MIL-STD 810G certified for salt, dust, humidity, rain, vibration, solar radiation, transport and thermal shock resistance. The Xcover 3 has also IP67 certifications so it means that the handset is dust-tight and can survive in 1m-deep fresh water for half an hour.
The smartphone Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 also offers physical control keys below its display and there is an additional Xcover key which lights up the LED flash on a short press or fires up the camera with a double click.
