HTC U Ultra announced with 5.7” Quad HD & 2.0” secondary display

HTC-U-UltraThe Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer announced its latest flagship HTC U Ultra and increased one more device in its U-series.
The main attraction of the device is its 2-inch 520 PPI secondary touch-screen display above the main display. It comes with a glass finish on it’s front and back, and a metal frame and the rear glass is fully curved at all four edges. It has used a unique process called optical spectrum hybrid deposition” which gives the glass multi-layered color.
The device HTC U Ultra sports 5.7-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 display with the resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 2.0-inch Super LCD 5 secondary display with the resolution of 160 x 1040 pixels , 520 PPI also its 128GB version comes with Sapphire Glass protection.  It comes with 4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 64/128GB, which can be further expandable up to 2TB via microSD card slot. It is powered by Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with HTC Sense UI. It has Hybrid dual SIM functionality. The device comes with the dimension of 162.41 x 79.79 x 3.6-7.99mm and weighs 161 grams.
The camera section of the device includes 12MP (UltraPixel 2) rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, 1.55um pixels, f/1.8 aperture, Laser AF, OIS, 4K video recording and a front-facing camera of 16MP with f/2.0 aperture, UltraPixel mode.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS with GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.1 Type-C and it powered by 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. It comes with HTC USonic, HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi edition, 3D Audio recording with 4 microphones.

The users will get the device HTC U Ultra in Sapphire Blue, Comestic Pink, Brilliant Black and Ice White colors and the pre-order of the device is already going on via for $750 (Rs. 51,000 approx.) . It is available at NT $23,900 (US$ 753 / Rs. 51280 approx.) in Taiwan and the Sapphire Glass version with 128GB storage costs NT $ 28,900 (US$ 911 / Rs. 62015 approx.).
The shipment of the device HTC U Ultra will start from March 2017.
