The Chinese smartphone manufacturer already launched Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 in India last year. Now the latest images of the upcoming successor Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 surfaced on the web and revealed its specifications. There is expectation that the device Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 will be announced on 30th December, 2016.
The device with all-metallic body will sport a display of 7.9”wih the resolution of 2048 × 1536 pixels at pixel density of 326 ppi, 8GB LPDDR3 RAM with 128GB / 256GB storage capacity, dimension of 239.5×164.5×6.08mm and weighs 380 grams. It will come with Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It will be powered by 2.6GHz dual-core Intel M3-7Y30 processor (7th gen) processor with Intel HD Graphics 615 and runs on Windows 10.
The camera section of the device will include a rear camera of 16MP with dual-tone LED flash, 1080p video recording and a front-facing camera of 8MP.
Connectivity wise, it will feature WiFi 802.11ac (Dual Band), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type-C and it will be powered by 8290mAh battery with fast charging.
The users will get the 128GB storage version at the cost of 1999 yuan (US$ 288 / Rs. 19540 approx.), while the 256GB version will be available at 2299 yuan (US$ 330 / Rs. 22470 approx.). A magnetic keyboard at the cost of 99 yuan will also be announced on the same occasion.
