Recently, the company Lenovo decided to launch the device Motorola Moto M in India soon, hence in this regard it had posted an image on its Moto India Twitter account. Now the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Lenovo sent out invites to the media for its launching event which will be held in Mumbai (India) on 13rd December, 2016. The device has already launched in China last month.
The Motorola Moto M comes with a water-resistant design with a metal body and a new design language. The phone has rounded corners and narrower edges, and the fingerprint sensor has been moved to the back below the camera sensor.
The device Motorola Moto M sports Full HD Super AMOLED display of 5.5” with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It is powered by 2.2 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P15 processor with Mali T860MP2 GPU and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). It has Hybrid Dual -SIM functionality and comes with Fingerprint sensor. It has the dimension of 151.35×75.35×7.85mm and weighs 163g.
The camera section of the device Motorola Moto M includes 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, 1.0um pixel size and front-facing camera of 8MP front-facing camera, 85-degree wide-angle lens, 1.12um pixel size.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1 LE and also includes 3.5mm audio jack, Dolby Atmos. It is powered by 3050mAh battery with Turbo charging.
The cost of the device for the Indian users is still unknown but there is expectation that it will be available around Rs.17999 (approx. $266) via Amazon.
