Recently, a couple devices Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A spotted at TENAA with leaked images. Now a latest teaser surfaced on the web and revealed that the device will come with a curved glass display along with a metal frame and it will be announced on 4th November,2016. It will be the successor of the Xiaomi Redmi 3, which was announced on January, 2016.
The upcoming device Xiaomi Redmi 4 will sport Full HD IPS display of 5.0” with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. The device will come with the dimension of 141.3×69.6×8.9, weighs 160g and Hybrid Dual SIM functionality.
It will be powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm processor with Adreno 506 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) based on MIUI 8.
The camera section of the device will include 13MP rear camera with PDAF, dual LED Flash, 1080p video recording and a front-facing camera of 5MP.
Connectivity wise, the device will feature 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS and it will have Fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor. The device Xiaomi Redmi 4 will be powered by 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.
The users will get Xiaomi Redmi 4 in Silver, Gray and Gold colors at the cost of 999 yuan (US$ 147 / Rs. 9810 approx.).
All the information will be confirmed on its announcement which will be held at 19:00 PM in Beijing (4:30 PM IST) . The company hasn’t declared whether it will announce its sibling Xiaomi Redmi 4A at the similar event or at another schedule.
