HTC 10 evo announced with Android 7.0 Nougat OS in Taiwan

htc-10-evoA couple of days ago, we published that HTC will announce the global version of HTC Bolt namely HTC 10 Evo on 22nd November, 2016 at an event in Taiwan. Now the smartphone manufacturer HTC finally announced the device HTC 10 evo in Taiwan and UK.
The device HTC 10 Evo comes with a water-resistant( IP57) unibody and aluminum design sports Quad HD Super LCD 3 display of 5.5-inch (1440 x 2560 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 3GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 32GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot. It is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 with Adreno 430 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with HTC Sense UI.

It also includes a fingerprint sensor on the home button that lets the users to unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. It has the dimension of 153.6 x 77.3 x 8.1 mm and weighs 174g.
The camera section of the device HTC Bolt includes 16MP rear camera with dual LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OIS, PDAF, 4K video recording, 120fps slow-mo video and front-facing camera of 8MP.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4,1, GPS with GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C and also supports USB-C audio, BoomSound Adaptive Audio, Hi-Res audio. It is powered by 3200 mAh battery.
The users can get the 32GB version of the device HTC 10 evo in Gunmetal, Silver and Gold colors at the cost of NT$ 17,990 (US$ 564 / Rs. 38,460 approx.) while the 64GB version costs NT$ 19,900 (US$ 626 / Rs. 42,740 approx.).
The pre-order of the device is already going on in Taiwan and it’s shipment will be started from 28th November, 2016.
