The device Samsung Galaxy Note 7 already announced earlier of this month in US. Now the company Samsung launched the device for the Indian users with the same specifications.
The device Samsung Galaxy Note7 sports Quad HD display of 5.7” with the resolution of 2560×1440 pixels along with Super AMOLED curved dual edge display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, internal storage capacity of 64GB (UFS 2.0), which can be further expanded up to 256GB with microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 153.5 x 73.9 x 7.9mm; and weighs 169g. The device also includes S Pen stylus which has a finer tip of just 0.7mm and pressure sensor level 4096, which helps the user with precise writing. The S Pen features water and dust resistant body. It has the option to translate 11 Indian languages, and 71 other languages worldwide with the help of S Pen. The users can also make a small GIF file out of a video. It comes with some other features like Magnify, Glance, etc.
It is powered by Exynos 8 Octa 8890 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It comes with IP68 ratings, which provides it water and dust resistance.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 12MP with LED Flash, dual-pixel PDAF, Smart OIS, f/1.7 aperture which supports 4K video recording and a front-facing camera of 5MP with aperture f/1.7.
Connectivity wise, it features 4G LTE Cat.12, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2X2 MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, USB Type-C port and also comes with Heart rate sensor, Fingerprint sensor, Iris scanner, Barometer. It is powered by 3500mAh battery with fast charging (wired and wireless).
The users who will buy the Note7 will also get three months of unlimited voice and 4G data on Reliance Jio network and full access to all the Jio services.
The Indian users can get the device Samsung Galaxy Note7 in different versions including Gold Platinum, Silver Titanium and Black Onyx at the cost of Rs 59900 and the users will get Gear VR at only 1,990 through pre-order. The pre-order of the device will be started from 22nd August and the device will be available from 2nd September, 2016.
