Last month we published that the upcoming device HP Elite x3 will be launched in Italy in September, 2016. Now the company finally confirmed its launching on 5th September and it will make it’s availability from its own US website.
The device HP Elite X3 sports 5.96” WQHD display with the resolution of 2560 × 1440pixels protected by AMOLED Gorilla Glass 4, 4 GB of RAM ,internal storage capacity of 64GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with the Quad-Core 2.15 GHz processor and runs on Mobile operating system Windows 10. The device has the dimensions of 161.8 x 83.5 x 7.8 mm and weighs 195 grams
It features 2 Stereo speakers, USB 3.0 type C (USB-C), Qi wireless charging, iris scanners, fingerprint reader and Continuum support.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 16MP and front-facing camera of 8MP. The device has the IP67 certification, which makes it resistance to dust and water. It is powered by a battery of 4150 mAh.
According to the company-“The US HP.com website is one of many channels we use for our commercial solutions,” the company said. “So the August 29th date is accurate. But for the US HP.com site, orders will begin on September 5.”
Those users who are willing to the get the device on 29th August has to pay $799, which includes phone, a desk dock and a “premium headset”.
The US users will get the device Elite x3 at the cost of $699.
