The Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZOPO finally launched the device ZOPO Speed 8 in India at its fixed schedule, as expected earlier. The device is available at the cost of Rs 29999 ($545). The company claimed it the first device which comes with MediaTek’s deca-core Helio X20 MT6797 SoC chipset.
ZOPO Speed 8 device ZOPO Speed 8 sports Full HD IPS display of 5.5” with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 4GB RAM, pixel density of 400ppi, internal storage capacity of 32GB, dimension of 152.5 x 76.35 x 9.8mm and weighs 164g. It features dual-SIM functionality.
It is powered by Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X20 processor with 700MHz Mali-T880 MP4 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).
The camera section of the device comes with 21MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture, Sony IMX230 sensor, 6P lenses and a front-facing camera of 8MP with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OV8856 sensor, 4P lenses.
Connectivity wise, the device features 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, USB OTG. It will also support 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and Front-facing speaker. It will be powered by 3600mAh battery with fast charging. It also includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
The users can get the device in Black and White versions via both online and offline retailers.
