Samsung announced a latest low-end tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab J in Taiwan at TWD 5990 ($185).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab J sports a display of 7.0” PLS panel with the resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels, a pixel density of approx 216ppi, 1.5GB of RAM, internal storage capacity of 8GB, which can be further expandable via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 108.8 x 186.9 x 8.7mm and weighs 289g.
It is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz processor and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 8MP with f/1.9 aperture and front-facing camera of 2MP.
Connectivity wise, the device features Wi-Fi ac, just b/g/n, Bluetooth is v4.0, and an FM radio receiver is also available. It equips a battery of 4,000mAh.
The users will get the device in white or gold versions in the early of August, 2016. The company hasn’t declared the launching details of the device for the global users.
