Huawei P9 likely to come India next month

huawei-p9-Huawei P9 which was announced in April, 2016 is now expected to arrive in India next month, a latest report revealed it.
The device Huawei P9 with aluminum body sports Full HD AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display of 5.2”with the resolutions of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The device comes in two versions including the first version with 3GB of RAM and 32 of storage capacity and the second version with 4GB and 64GB storage also both the versions can be expanded via microSD card slot. It is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 955chipset with quad-cortex-A72 with 2.5GHz and quad-cortex-A53chipset with 1.8GHz processor coupled with Mali T880-MP4 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with EMUI 4.1. It has the dimension of 145×70.9×6.95mm and weighs 144g and offers Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD), Fingerprint sensor and Infrared sensor.
The camera section of the device Huawei P9 includes 12MP dual rear cameras with Leica SUMMARIT lenses, dual-tone LED flash, Laser AF, f/2.2 aperture and 8MP front-facing camera, f/2.4 aperture.
Connectivity wise, it comes with, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C and 4G LTE. It is powered by 3,000mAh battery with fast charging.
“We are looking at the right time for launching P series devices in India,” said Huawei India Consumer Device Business Group President Allen Wang during the launch event of the company’s Honor 5C smartphone in the country.
“We are evaluating ways to complement the phone with Indian user specific content before launching the device,” Wang further said. “For us P9 is not just a smartphone but an opportunity to collaborate with international brands. If Nexus 6P was all about Google, then P9 is all about Leica.”
The main attraction of the device Huawei P9 is the dual 12-megapixel rear cameras with Leica SUMMARIT lenses and 1.25-micron pixels which capture magnificent images in low-light conditions.
The cost of the device for the Indian users is not confirmed by the company yet.
