As we know, the camera-centric smartphone Oppo F1 already launched in India at the cost of Rs 15990 on January, 2016. Now the manufacturer Oppo is in the process of launching its successor Oppo F1 Plus and hence in this regard it sent out the invitations to the media persons with the hashtag “Selfie Expert+”for the event. It is expected that the device will be launched on 15th April, 2016.
The upcoming device Oppo F1 Plus with a metallic unibody with narrow bezels which measures 1.66 mm. It will sport full-HD 2.5D curved display of 5.5” with the resolutions of 1920×1080 pixels, pixel density of 401ppi. The display will be safely protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
It will have 4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 64GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It will be powered by MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 64-bit octa-core processor of 2.0GHz coupled with Mali-T860 GPU and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Color OS 3.0. It will support dual-SIM dual standby.
The camera section of the device will include a rear camera of 13MP with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, 4K video recording support and a front-facing camera of 16MP with screen flash for capturing magnificent selfie.
Connectivity wise, the device will come with 4G-LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS, Bluetooth and microUSB 2.0 port.
The device will have a fingerprint sensor that can unlock in just 0.2 seconds. It will be powered by a battery of 2850mAh with VOOC fast charging technology.
It is expected that it will cost Rs. 26,990 and the users will get the device in Gold and Rose Gold versions.
But the cost and its availability are not officially confirmed yet, so we have to wait for few more days.
