Earlier there was expectation that the upcoming device Huawei Honor 5C will be launched on 28th April, and now the manufacturer finally launched the device at its fixed schedule .The device Huawei Honor 5C is the successor of the Huawei Honor 4C, which was launched in china last year.
The device Huawei Honor 5C with full metallic body sports Full HD IPS display of 5.2” with the resolutions of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 2GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 16GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It is powered by Kirin 650 chipset with 4xCortex-A53@2.0GHz + 4xCortex-A53@1.7GHz with Mali T830 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Huawei EMUI 4.1. It has the dimension of 147.1×73.8×8.3mm and weight of 156g and also includes a Fingerprint sensor on its rear side.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 13MP with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens and front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture and 4P lens.
Connectivity wise, the device includes 2G/3G and Cat.6 LTE (4G version only) 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS and it also features 3.5mm audio jack, Box speakers, Smart PA amplifier, SWS sound. The device supports Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD) and it is powered by 3,000mAh battery.
The users can get the device in Grey, Silver and Gold colors at the cost of 899 yuan ($ 138) for the standard version and 999 Yuan ($ 154) for the dual 4G variant.
The pre-order of the device is already going on in China and the users will get the device on 5th May, 2016. The global availability of the device is still unknown.
