In December, 2015 some renders of the Plus edition of the Samsung Galaxy S7 revealed over the web and today some exclusive renders of the standard model of the handset surfaced over the web via onleaks.
We can see the image (as above) which reveals the design of the handset is almost similar to the Galaxy Note 5 with more compact dimensions. The dimensions of the device are 142.5mm x 69.5mm x 7.9mm thick. From thickness we can expect that the smartphone comes with a larger battery.
According to the onleaks S7 will have a 5.1-inch curved screen which is similar to the ‘2.5D’ screens used in the Samsung’s A Series smartphones. So possibly the edge version of the standard model will not arrive in future.
It seems that the standard Galaxy S7 will lack of a USB Type-C port and will feature older micro USB technology. Render also shows more rounded home button familiar to rhombus shaped button. According to the rumor Samsung Galaxy S7 will be unveiled in February, 2016.
