After the announcement of dual -SIM Galaxy Note5, now the company has decided to make it available for Indian users. The device is already listed on the South Korean company’s India eStore.
Now the users can get the 32GB version at the cost of Rs 51,400 ($760) and its 64GB model is available at the cost of Rs 57,400 ($850). But at present the cost of 64GB version is not mentioned in the listing but it is expected that it will be available at Rs 57,400 ($850).
The Galaxy Note 5 features a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) Super AMOLED display comes with a pixel density of 518ppi and is powered by a 64-bit Exynos 7420 processor. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based TouchWiz UI. In the rear side of the device it has a 16MP camera comes with OIS along with an aperture of f/1.9 and dual LED flash. In the front side of the device it has an improved 5MP camera. Both the cameras support Auto HDR. It also features the traditional S-Pen with a metallic finish and few more additional functions. The device comes in 32GB and 64GB of internal storages with no microSD card slot. Interestingly the Note 5 sports a smaller 3,000mAh battery.
The dimensions of the device are 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm and weighs 171 grams. Connectivity wise , the device features 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2 LE and micro USB2.0.
Since, after the launching of the dual SIM Galaxy Note5, Samsung reduced the cost of single dual-SIM version of its both 32GB and 64GB models to Rs 6000 ($90).
Now, its 32GB version is available at Rs 47,900 ($705) and 64GB version at Rs 53,900 ($795).
