Lenovo A7000 Turbo with Octa-core processor, 2GB RAM and 13MP Camera launched in India


Lenovo officially launched a brand new smartphone named Lenovo A7000 Turbo in India. The smartphone is the successor of budget A7000 smartphone which was launched in April 2015.

The Lenovo A7000 Turbo features a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full-HD IPS display offering a pixel density of 401ppi and is powered by MediaTek MT6752 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz paired with Mali-T720 GPU.  The smartphone runs on older Android 5.0 Lollipop based Vibe UI 2.0.

In the rear side of the smartphone it has a 13MP autofocus camera with OmniVision OV13850 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, dual tone LED flash and also supports 1080p video recording at 30fps and in the front side of the device it has a 5MP camera with a f/2.2 aperture for taking perfect selfie.

The device has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB through a microSD card slot. The smartphone equips with dual SIM dual standby. The A7000 Turbo comes with dual-LTE support. Connectivity wise the device features 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi and microUSB 2.0 port with OTG support.

The smartphone also features Dolby Atmos technology for enhanced sound experience and a 2900mAh battery which promised to offer an entire day on mixed usage. The dimensions of the device are 152.6 x 76.2 x 8 mm weighs around 150 grams and will come in Matte Black color options.

The handset is available for pre-orders online via Lenovo India official website cost Rs. 10,999 and shipping starts from 13th January.
