Since Lenovo already launched the mid-end device Lenovo A7000 in April, 2015. Now it has decided to launch its successor Lenovo A7000 Turbo in India on 11th January, 2016. The Lenovo India official website already listed the cost of the device at Rs. 10,999.
The upcoming device Lenovo A7000 Turbo will have almost similarity in specifications as well as design compare to Lenovo K3 Note, which was launched in India on June, 2015. The one difference which makes Lenovo A7000 Turbo superior to K3 Note is the presence of dual-LTE connectivity.
The device Lenovo A7000 Turbo will sport Full-HD IPS display of 5.5” with the resolutions of 1080×1920pixels and a pixel density of 401ppi, 2GB of RAM; it will come with internal storage capacity of 16GB, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. The design of the device will be based on Dolby Atmos technology.
It will be powered by MediaTek MT6752 64-bit octa-core processor of 1.7GHz with Mali-T720 GPU and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based Vibe UI 2.0. The device will support dual -SIM dual standby. The device will come with the dimension of 152.6 x 76.2 x 8 mm and weighs 150 grams.
The camera section of the device will include a 13MP autofocus rear camera with OmniVision OV13850 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, dual tone LED flash and also supports 1080p video recording at 30fps. It will also feature a front-facing camera of 5MP with an f/2.2 aperture. It will be powered by a battery of 2900mAh.
Connectivity wise, it will offer 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi and microUSB 2.0 ports with OTG support.
The users can get the device in Matte Black version.
