Today an affordable smartphone named ZTE Voyager 3 has been launched by ZTE in China. It is the successor of Voyager 2 that was launched in the beginning of this year.
The ZTE Voyager 3 features a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS display offering 294ppi as pixel density and is powered by MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz coupled with Mali T720 GPU. The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based customized UI. In the rear side of the smartphone it has an 8MP rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and in the front side of the device it has a 5MP camera with a built-in photo sensor for video calling and taking personal selfie.
The handset has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card slot up to 32GB. The handset equips with dual SIM dual standby. Connectivity wise the device features 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB port 2.0 with OTG functionality and massive 4080mAh battery which promised to deliver up to 6 days of mixed usage and last up to 355 days in standby mode.
The dimensions of the handset are 145 x 71.8 x 8.4 mm and weigh around 150 grams. The price of the ZTE Voyager 3 is just 799 Yuan (approx $123).
