Philips Xenium V377 with Quad-core processor and massive 5000mAh Battery launched in Russia


Today Philips launched a new Anti-Blue screen smartphone called Philips Xenium V377 in Russian. It is consider to be battery-focused smartphone and will go on sale in Russia later this month. The price of the handset is 8,990 rubles (approx $130/Rs. 8,700).

The Xenium V377 features a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS display with pixel density of 294ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection is powered by MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali 400 GPU. The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

In the rear side of the smartphone it features a 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash and in the front side of the device it features a 2MP camera for video chats and selfie clicks. The smartphone has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage and also includes a microSD card slot for expansion up to 32GB.The handset equips with dual SIM dual standby. Connectivity wise the device features 2G/3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB port.

It is worth noting that the device comes with a 5000mAh battery that can offer upto 29 hours of talk time, 29 days of standby time and allows you to play almost 3150 music tracks on a single charge. The smartphone also supports Quick Charge and also comes with Energy Saving mode for enhanced battery life of the device.

The dimensions of the smartphone are 145 x 74 x 10.9 mm weighs around 188.5 grams and is available in Black color option.
