Since Microsoft announced a couple of flagship devices namely Lumia 950 and 950 XL for Indian users. Now the tech –giant Microsoft has decided to hold a pre-launch event of both the devices in UAE ON 11th December, 2015. The event will take place at Microsoft retail store in Dubai Mall. The first 20 users, who attend the event, will be able to buy the device at its launching date which will be held on 16th December, 2015.
Both the devices will come with dual-SIM and also the first smartphones which runs on Windows 10.
As we know the smartphone Lumia 950 features a 5.2-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) AMOLED display with ClearBlack technology and is powered by Snapdragon 808 with liquid cooling. The device has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot. In the rear side of the device Lumia 950, it has a 20MP PureView sensor (1/2.4″) with 5th gen optical stabilization and Carl Zeiss optics (f/1.9). It can record 2160p video natively with Lumia’s traditional Hi-Fi audio recording. In the front side of the device it has also a 5MP/1080p selfie camera. The device includes a 3,000mAh removable battery with built-in Qi wireless charging and fast charging support that can charge the battery to 50% in just 30 minutes. According to the company, the battery can deliver up to 23 hours of talk time and can last up to 12 days on standby.
The device comes with USB Type-C port. So by the help of the Type-C connector we can hook up the Display Dock, which gives you HDMI and DisplayPort video out plus three USBs.
The other device Microsoft 950 XL has similar features except few sections. It has the display of 5.7” with the resolutions of 2560×1440; it is powered by Snapdragon 810 processor and equips a battery of 3340 mAh.
