Since one month ago, the BQ Aquaris X5 was launched in India. Now the UK’s carrier O2 will offer the BQ Aquaris X5, the first Cyanogen OS-powered phone to the users of UK in the month of December, 2015. The device BQ Aquaris X5 sports a display of 5” with the resolution of 720x1280pixels, dimension of 144.4mm x 70.5mm x 7.5mm, weight of 148 grams.
It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 412 chipset with the quad-core processor of 1.4GHz and runs on Cyanogen 12.1.
It has the RAM of 2GB, storage capacity of 16GB. It has also dual SIM support and 4G connectivity.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 13MP and front-facing camera of 5MP.
It is powered by a battery of 2900mAh.
It is expected that the BQ Aquaris X5 will be available on O2’s Refresh scheme, through which the users will get the device by paying £19.50 a month (plus a £9.99 upfront cost) for 500 minutes and 500 megabytes of 4G data along with unlimited texts.
