After the announcement of Sony Xperia Z3+ in May, 2015, the unlocked version of the device was already available to the users of US via Amazon.
Now Sony has officially launched the device Sony Xperia Z3+.It is still available at the cost of $499.99 via the retailer B&H Photo Video in black and white versions.
The Sony Xperia Z3+ sports a display of 5.2” with the resolutions of 1080pixels and come with the same OmniBalance design with a thinner water-resistant body with the thickness of 6.9mm, 3GB of RAM, Adreno 430 GPU ,expandable storage capacity of 32GB , which can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD.
It is powered by 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset with Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57 processor and runs on Android OS, v5.0 (Lollipop), which may be further upgrade to v6.0 (Marshmallow) in coming days.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 20.7MP with autofocus, LED flash and front-facing camera of 5MP.
The device sports a non-removable Li-Ion battery of 2930 mAh.
Since the company has already released a software update to fix the overheating of the device in various conditions, which was earlier complained by some of the users.
