Huawei Y3 launched as the cheapest smartphone in UK


The affordable device Huawei Y3 launched by the  Carphone Warehouse for the UK users , which is said to be the cheapest smartphone among the other devices available in the country.

The users can get the unlocked and SIM-free version of the device at £59.99. Also they have the option to get it by paying £5 per month plan from iD, the Carphone Warehouse’s own MVNO. In two-year contract, if offers 150 minutes, 5,000 texts, and 250MB of 3G data each month.

On paying £44.99, the users will get unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, as well as 10GB of data from EE.

The Huawei Y3 sports a display 4” with the resolutions of 480x800pixels, 512MB of RAM, expandable storage capacity of 4GB. It doesn’t support 4G connectivity.

It is powered by the Spreadtrum 7731 chipset with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat supported by Huawei’s Emotion UI 3.0 Lite.

The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 5 MP with dual-LED flash and front-facing camera of 2 MP.

The device equips a battery of 1,730 mAh.

The users can get the device in Black and white color versions.
