A week ago, the Samsung Galaxy View tablet with model name SM-T677A showed its presence at GFXBench with leaked specifications. Now the device got the approval from US Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The sketch of the device revealed the AT&T logo in the top middle of the device, which confirms that the upcoming device will be compatible to AT&T’s network.
It is also expected that it will come with stereo speakers on its rear side.
According to the FCC, the Galaxy View tablet will sport a display of 18.6”, width of 447 mm, height of 272 mm, and the size of the diagonal will be 513 mm. The earlier rumor revealed that the tablet T670 will sport 18.5”with the resolutions of 1080pixels, RAM of 2GB, internal storage capacity of 32GB; it is powered by Samsung Exynos 7 Octa chipset with the processor of four Cortex-A57 cores and four Cortex-A53 cores of 1.6 GHz and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, Mali-T720 GPU. The device will have front-facing camera of 2MP but there will be absent of rear-camera. Connectivity wise the device will come with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS.
The date of announcement is still unknown but it is expected that it will be announced soon.
