As we know a couple of days ago, Meizu launched Meizu Pro 5 in two versions in China. It will be the first high-end smartphone of the “Pro “series”.
It is expected that it will be available in China in October and also the company will make it available with the Flyme OS 5.0 update on 15th November, 2015.
The device Meizu Pro 5 sports a 5.7″ Super AMOLED display with the resolutions of 1080pixels. It has 2.5D curved glass over its screen to make it extra smooth swipes.
It is powered by the Samsung Exynos 7420 chipset and runs on Flyme 5 on top of Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The camera section of the device includes rear camera of 21MP supported by the Sony IMX230 sensor of 1/2.4” features phase detection & laser autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash and front –facing camera of 5MP.
It has a USB type C port and its non-removable battery of 3050 mAh is supported by the mCharge fast charging technology, which charges the battery up to 65% in 30 minutes.
Meizu also offers the latest ES9018 signal processor and OPA1612 headphone amplifier for the users to enjoy the Hi-Fi sound on their headphone.
A good news is also waiting for the Indian users that the company has decided to update two of its existing devices Meizu m2 note and the MX5 with Flyme OS 5.0 later this year and also declared that Meizu Pro 5 will be launched in early 2016. Exact date of launch is still unknown.
