An Indian smartphone manufacturer Karbonn launched its latest budget phone Titanium Machfive for the Indian users at the cost of Rs. 5999.
Since it has already launched a low-end device Titanium Mach One Plus with the support of 22 Indian languages at the cost of Rs. 6,990.
The Dual –SIM device Titanium Machfive sports a 5” HD display with the resolutions of 1280×720 with a pixel density of 294 ppi, dimension of 143 x 73 x 9 mm and weighs 159 grams. It has the RAM of 2GB, internal storage capacity of 16GB and it can be further expanded up to32GB via microSD card slot. It is powered by a quad -processor of 1.3GHz and runs on latest Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The device equips a battery of 2,200mAh which offers talk time of 16 hours and standby time of 565 hours.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 8MP with autofocus and LED flash and front-facing camera of 5MP.
The device also features IR blaster for controlling the other electronic by using ‘Peel Smart Remote’ app.
Connectivity wise the device offers like Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 but doesn’t support 4G LTE connectivity.
It is expected that the device Karbonn Titanium Machfive will face tough competition from Xiaomi RedMi 2, Yu Yuphoria and Coolpad Dazen 1which exist with almost similar price of $100.
The users can get the device in colors like White Blue and Champagne via Amazon.
