Lenovo Vibe P1 with 5000mAh Battery will be launched at IFA 2015


According to an earlier leak Lenovo will launch few more devices at different price ranges along with Vibe P1. Recently the Lenovo Vibe P1 passed through TENAA certification which suggested that the smartphone have a 4,000mAh battery. However according to the recent rumors suggest the device will have a 5,000mAh battery. If this rumor is true then the Vibe P1 will be the first smartphone to feature such a huge battery. Some of the leaked images also suggested that the body of the device is made up of metal.

The Vibe P1 features a 5-inch HD (1280×720) IPS display with a pixel density of 294 ppi and is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Adreno 306 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based Lenovo’s Vibe UI.

In the rear side of the device it has an 8MP camera with LED flash and in the front side it has 5MP camera for taking personal selfie. The device has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB with a microSD card slot. The smartphone also supports dual SIM dual standby and comes with 4G LTE connectivity. It also has Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 supports which helps to charge the huge 5,000mAh battery on this device.

The dimensions of the smartphone are 143 x 72 x 9.35mm and weighs 148 grams. The device will be available in the colors White and Black.

According to the sources, Lenovo Vibe P1 is priced around $310 and is expected that Lenovo will officially unveils the Vibe P1 at IFA 2015 in Berlin.
