As we know from the early rumor that Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be launched on 13th August, 2015. As the date of launch is coming nearer, we came with the latest information via Geekbench benchmark that the upcoming device Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with the model number SM-N920V will have a RAM of 4GB, since this version is expected to be of Verizon’s.
There is still uncertainty that the different carrier iterations will have different amount of RAM for the users.
According to the benchmark, the device Galaxy Note 5 will sport Samsung’s own Exynos 7420 chipset, as used in Galaxy S6 duo. But it is totally different from the early rumored chipset Exynos 7422.
It is expected that the device Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS.
