Moto E (2nd gen) price cut in India


We have the latest information that the Motorola has cut the cost of the Moto E (2nd gen) of both the versions 3G and 4G LTE by Rs 1,000 ($16).

Now both the variants 3G and 4G LTE are already available via Flipkart at the cost of Rs 5,999 ($94) and Rs 6,999 ($110), respectively.

The device Moto E (2nd gen) 3G model sports a display of 4.5” with the resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, internal storage capacity of 8 GB, RAM of 1 GB, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset with the processor of Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 , Adreno 302 and runs on Android OS, v5.0 (Lollipop) and rear camera of 5MP, storage capacity of 8GB and it can be further expanded to 32GB via microSD.

The other model Moto E (2nd gen) 4G LTE features similar specification expect it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset and sports a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 processor and Adreno 306.

The online retailer has also started a scheme for the users that they can exchange their old smartphone and get Rs 2000 ($31) off on buying any model.

The Airtel has also offered that one who purchases the device will get double the data for a limited period of time.

The company has taken the decision of price cutting before the event which will be held on 28th July, 2015.

On that event there is lots of expectation that it will launch its third gen Moto G and Moto X.
